Our cushions gently change pressure points beneath the user, providing a comfortable seat that can be used in a variety of places. Test subjects reported that the cushion was comfortable and helped relieve seating fatigue and muscle cramping.

The cushion can be used in a variety of seating situations,
as long as the flat surface area of the seat is large enough to accommodate the
cushion. Examples of use might include in an automobile, on an office chair, in
a recliner, or in a wheelchair.

We ship orders from the website to the lower 48 states only at this time. If you are in Alaska or Hawaii please send us an email. We're happy to ship to you, but the shipping charge will be higher. We plan to expand to overseas shipping in the future.

Our first cushion measures 18" x 18" x 4". In the future we'll have additional cushion sizes available. If you need a different size please join our mailing list and we'll keep you updated.

Your purchase includes one seat cushion, rechargeable battery, and a cushion cover.

We're currently manufacturing in small runs and will ship your cushion as soon as possible. Customers ordering now should expect delivery in late summer/early fall.

Our cushions are designed to be hardy and stand up to regular use without the risk of popping. However, the air bladders can be damaged by sharp objects including your pet's claws or teeth.

If there's a problem with your cushion reach out to us. If the cushion has malfunctioned due to a defect we'll get a replacement out as soon as possible. If it's been damaged due to misuse we can provide you with the cost of a replacement component. Our cushions are modular and in most cases can be repaired rather than replaced if a part is damaged. All cushions include a one year warranty against manufacturers defects.

If you reserve a cushion and later decide not to purchase it, your deposit is refundable to your original payment method.

You may return your cushion for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer except in cases of warranty replacement. A
10% restocking fee will be charged on all non-warranty returns. Please
measure the seat where you intend to use the cushion before you order, to ensure it will fit.

We participate in consumer trade shows from time to time.
